About the Company
Established in 1995 by Lim Chin himself, under the umbrella of Lim Chin Electrical Engineering Sdn Bhd, the group has been a dynamic presence in the construction sector for decades. In 2013, we embarked on a transformative journey, stepping into the development industry with the formation of Amber Homes Development Sdn Bhd, a joint venture effort in collaboration with business partners. This brought about a series of major successes and the achievement of numerous milestones across a multitude of development projects.
With the vast experiences accumulated from the successful developments throughout the years, the directors of Touchstone took a bold step forward in 2018, launching our first solo venture - Amansiara, an RSKU project featuring 1308 meticulously designed units nestled in the picturesque setting of Selayang. This bold move gave birth to Touchstone Development Sdn Bhd, a name that encapsulates our golden touch in the industry.
